Character Name: Satoru Gojo
Character Age:17 18 (as of Dec. 7th 2023)
Character Species: Human
Current Health: Fine & dandy
Outfit: Summertime school uniform
Character Canon: Jujutsu Kaisen
Link to History: Here
Canon Point: S2 EP05 of the anime
Canon Iteration: Original canon (flashback)
Canon Iteration Explanation: He's a teenager with nigh-infinite power, and at this age is even more outwardly arrogant and confident than his older self. He can also be more disdainful of those weaker than him, which is pretty much everybody. He's still human, though, capable of making friends and caring for others, even if he tries (in vain) to not get too attached. He's at a precarious place at this age and I think it would be more fun to play. I feel like if Thirteen would want to take him from anywhere in his life, it'd be here.

★ Folkmore Roles & Attributes ★
Skills: That's a funny thing about Satoru. The author has stated that he doesn't really have any real hobbies because "he can do almost anything". He's smart, with a tactical mind. Physically, he is a master martial artist as well, even without using cursed energy. His life is all curses, politics, training training training, and school.
Canon Abilities: It's better to just link them here. With the understanding of how powerful and how many powers this kid has, I get that the setting will slap him into place if he tries anything too devastating. I welcome that with open arms. If needed, I'm okay with nerfing the powers as opposed to removing any. Some of his powers work in harmony with one another and it would be pretty annoying to him if he lost certain ones and not others.
Role: Myth
Role Qualities/Attributes: Fangs, claws, long thin horns from his forehead the same shimmering color as his eyes to start, only showing up when he starts getting too Myth-y.
Role Reasoning: I thought about this, because it wasn't obvious to me at first. If maybe I was playing older Satoru, I would have aimed for neutral. But at this age, and considering recent events in his life, I wanted him to actively fight against a darker side. When he and Suguru diverge, it's Satoru who takes a path of rebuilding jujutsu society. He could so very easily succumb to the same feelings as Suguru, who didn't want to hear an argument from Satoru against his plan. After all, Satoru could easily fix everything without so much as breaking a sweat. He could wipe out all humans who aren't sorcerers, ending the menace of curses forever, but he doesn't. He could also kill Suguru before he can started headed down this path, but he can't bring himself to do that, either. He lets his only friend walk away.
Due to his ego and power level, I just think it would be more fun roleplaying-wise to have him be a Myth and be forced to deal with the darker aspects of having such immense power.
★ Personality ★
From the day Satoru was born, he's known his destiny. There's no way to become a normal person when you've inherited unbelievably strong abilities, into a family of famously powerful sorcerers. Sorcerers who've trained you from the time you were born, letting you know how special and incredible you were the whole while, putting a ton of responsibility on your tiny little shoulders while inflating your ego.
It's no wonder that Satoru is exactly is the way he is, and especially at age 17. He's arrogant, egotistical, and bratty. The few people he is close with get to see his more friendly side, outgoing and playful. This isn't exactly a cover for deeper, hidden feelings, but it's not not that either. Think of it like that around his friends is when his real personality shines. Considering his status, he can afford to be as capricious as he likes. Around his teachers, his clan, and jujutsu society elders, Satoru is a different person. Entrenched in jujutsu politics his whole life, he is untrusting of the corrupt elders to the point where he's threatened them with murder on more that one occasion. He could do so with almost no effort, and they know this, which is why Satoru is allowed to get away with this attitude and deal with work in his own way. He's the strongest and knows it, and so does everyone else around him, for better or worse.
Satoru went through a near-death experience that only made these qualities even stronger. Decimated in a fight with Toji Fushiguro, on the edge of death Satoru managed to perfect a reversed curse technique that changed everything for him, not just save his life. Confronting Toji outside the depths of Tokyo Jujutsu high central, in a fit of magical and religious ecstasy ("Throughout Heaven and Earth, I alone am the honored one"), Satoru unleashes his new earth-shattering technique by not just blowing an enormous hole in Toji, but wrecking the entire area nearby school in order to do so with no regard to his surroundings. All that matters in the moment is the immense power he can use to do what he wants. It's not the first time, and it certainly isn't the last.
One saving grace in Satoru's life was Suguru Geto, whom he calls his best and only friend. The two were practically connected at the hip, but as Satoru grew more powerful, he was sent off on solo missions he could easily handle, while Suguru was sent to slog along defeating curses alone and getting more ground down by thankless sorcerer life. Pleasant, polite Suguru was a perfect compliment to hotheaded Satoru, who would step in as his moral counter. They often butted heads, but made up moments later in the way only kids can. As they got further along in their trainings, and Satoru only got more and more powerful to a degree no one would ever be able to catch up to, the two drifted apart. Suguru became disillusioned with sorcerer life to the point of breaking, murdering an entire village and abandoning sorcerer society. It's hard to say how attuned to this before it happened Satoru might have been - was he in denial, or was he too wrapped up in his own life that he didn't notice how much his friend was suffering? Either way, Suguru's betrayal changes Satoru deeply. He decides to take the opposite of Suguru's murderous path. Satoru decides to rebuild jujutsu society from the ground up, to teach and guide the next generation to fight against the corruption of jujutsu society. Maybe, in this way, he can personally help his students from falling into the depths of despair Suguru was left to.
It's shortly after Suguru leaving that the Fox will step into his life. He'd regard the supposed god with a cold smugness while also being intrigued. He might think he's godly powerful, invincible, but couldn't he always be stronger?
What the Fox will offer his is the freedom to reach his full potential. He has that, he would say. No one can stop him from doing whatever he wants. No one comes close to how powerful he is. But the Fox would only smile at him, and remind him of the words that Suguru left him him with: "'Are you the strongest because you're Satoru Gojo? Or are you Satoru Gojo because you're the strongest?' What if you were truly free to follow whatever path you really wanted, free from the bindings of sorcerer society? That is where your full potential lies."
Angry, but not angry enough to turn down the compelling offer, Satoru accepts. As a Myth, it's time for him to truly reckon with his unchecked power, and fight the temptations that come with it.
